What I collect

When you use the role form, email me, or book a call, I receive what you choose to send: typically your name, work email, company, role details, compensation range, working-hours needs and start date.

Why I collect it

I use it only to reply to you, assess fit for the role, and arrange interviews or calls.

What I do not do

I do not sell personal data, add you to a mailing list, or use what you send to train AI models. I do not share role details with third parties without your permission.

Third-party services

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend. Bookings are handled by Cal.com. The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which record aggregate, cookie-free page metrics. Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, Dev.to and Toptal are governed by those sites' own policies.

Retention

I keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the hiring conversation and any resulting working relationship, then delete them.
